I love the challenge of solving a difficult problem, creating new efficiencies and knowing that my work can make a difference. Paired with my top strength Learner, I can master new skills, software and programs extremely quickly – troubleshooting my own questions as they arise – and move on to suggesting improvements in a process or work flow. I have also learned to excel at communicating my learning and problem-solving processes, which means that I can learn a new scientific or technical concept and intuitively understand how to explain it to my audience.
