I enjoy developing talent in myself and others as part of a collaborative, healthy working culture. I especially believe in the importance of supporting young career professionals in the beginning of their journey. I have served as a writing tutor, undergraduate instructor at the University of Minnesota, supervisor to student interns and weekly mentor to first-generation high school students as part of Minds Matter Twin Cities.
